Pricing for web design

In order to keep our prices so low, instead of charging one large price for every size website, we only charge for the actual amount of content and work involved in building your website.

In most cases the prices listed below can be considered as maximums and in some cases may be adjusted down in instances where the website is particularly simple.

*For best usability a page will typically be no more than two screens of information depending upon nature of content.
** You provide photos. Minimum edits included.
***This additional hourly rate of $30 per hour only applies to websites that we build and host and only on certian occasions, such as, if the layout is to be particularly complex or if the content needs extra work, such as photos that need an unusual amount of correction. In these cases, we will notify you before any additional work is performed. We will explain to you the scope of work required, the estimated cost, and possible alternatives. If you choose to have the additional work performed, you will be billed at a substantially discounted rate and every effort will be made to keep these additional costs at an absolute necessary minimum.
In cases in which we did not build the website, or in which we are not hosting the website, our full hourly rate of $75 per hour will apply.
All labor is billed in 1 minute increments with a 10 minute minimum per incident.
